Holly Padove, CAS
Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist
Holly’s lifelong quest for balance led her to Yoga and meditation around 1985. She found solace from her fast-paced life in the practices and also inspiration from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.
The door opened to other areas, and she became fascinated with nutrition, health, fitness and the body-mind connection, becoming a massage therapist in 1992, and a Yoga teacher in 1999. She fell in love with the infinite wisdom of Ayurveda, earning a degree as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.) in 2004 from the prestigious California College of Ayurveda.
In 2012 a friend encouraged her to attend a Qi Gong workshop. That weekend the gentle, yet powerful movements of Qi Gong set in motion yet another path. She went on to train with Holden Qi Gong, receiving certification as a Holden Qi Gong Instructor in 2013.
With a personal affinity for the practice of Yoga Nidra, she became certified as a Yoga Nidra facilitator in 2018. Holly has also led retreats around the world for the past five years. Other trainings include Life Coaching with the Robbins Madanes organization.
She currently teaches numerous weekly Qi Gong and Yoga classes, offers Ayurvedic workshops including training Yoga Teachers, provides personal Ayurvedic consultations and leads deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra sessions.
Holly holds a B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii and worked in the PR field for many years.
She lives on the beautiful Central Coast of California with her husband, two large dogs, a cat, a horse, two goats and four chickens! She also loves to travel the world, cook healthy meals with fresh picked veggies from her garden, ride her horse, and be active in the great outdoors.
