The holidays can feel rushed, busy, and imbalanced — but they don’t have to be. Join us for a gently restorative morning of Qi Gong, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, and practical tools to support your calm, energy, and digestion through the holidays… and beyond.

You’ll learn simple, time-tested daily habits that help the body and mind stay balanced during winter — plus experience a guided Qi Gong sequence to ground your energy and reset your nervous system.

You’ll leave with clarity, take-home practices, and a seasonal self-care plan you can actually use.
