You’ll learn simple, time-tested daily habits that help the body and mind stay balanced during winter — plus experience a guided Qi Gong sequence to ground your energy and reset your nervous system.
You’ll leave with clarity, take-home practices, and a seasonal self-care plan you can actually use.
